Keysight Technologies, Inc. introduced a BGA (ball grid array) interposer solution for testing DDR4 x16 DRAM (dynamic random access memory) designs with a logic analyzer. Using the Keysight W4636A DDR4 x16 BGA interposer solution, engineers can quickly and accurately capture address and command signals, and a subset of data signals, for debugging designs and performing functional validation measurements for data rates up to 2,400 Mb/s.

Keysight Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: KEYS) announced new enhancements to the E7515A UXM wireless test set to address leading-edge LTE-A carrier aggregation (CA) test requirements. New capabilities include support for downlink 4CC1, 256 QAM, and LTE-U with up to three unlicensed carriers, as well as FDD-TDD mixed CA and uplink intra- and inter-band CA measurements. Coupled with the UXM's integrated, independent fading for each component carrier and cell, these advancements allow validation engineers to ensure their latest LTE-A devices will perform as expected in a true network environment.

Keysight Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: KEYS) announced the M9451A PXIe Measurement Accelerator, a high performance FPGA processing card, which speeds envelope tracking (ET), and digital pre-distortion (DPD) characterization for power amplifier test. With the M9451A, engineers can make closed/open loop DPD and envelope tracking measurements in tens of milliseconds for up to a 100 times speed improvement.

Keysight Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: KEYS) announced that it has worked with MediaTek on the release of a manufacturing test solution for the MediaTek MT6735 mobile chipset, based on the Keysight E6640 EXM wireless test set. The MT6735, released in October of 2014, is an LTE 64-bit mobile SoC platform with integrated modem, RF and CorePilot™ technology, for use by global operators targeted at the emerging mid-range smartphone market called, Super-mid. The MT6735 builds upon MediaTek's existing LTE platform by adding CDMA2000 to create WorldMode modem capability.

Keysight Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: KEYS) introduced four performance options for its small, flexible and market-leading-fast Advanced Power System (APS) N6900 Series DC power supplies. In conjunction with the power supply's VersaPower architecture, the new options boost test-system versatility and make it easy for test engineers to tune power supply capability. The N6900 options enable engineers to meet their ATE testing needs without paying for more capability than they require.

Keysight Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: KEYS) introduced the industry's most comprehensive 10BASE-T/100BASE-TX Ethernet protocol decoders. The Keysight N8825A (for 90000A, 90000 X-, 90000 Q-, Z- and V-Series oscilloscopes) and N8825B (for S-Series oscilloscopes) 10BASE-T/100BASE-TX Ethernet protocol decoders help network design engineers accelerate turn-on and debug of 10BASE-T/100BASE-TX Ethernet networking systems by decoding 10BASE-T and 100BASE-TX Ethernet packets on compatible oscilloscopes with a minimum of 500-MHz bandwidth.

Keysight Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: KEYS) announced N7660B Signal Studio for multi-emitter scenario generation (MESG). The software provides aerospace/defense engineers with performance-optimized, Keysight-validated multi-emitter signals that they can download to one or more Keysight N5193A UXG agile signal generators for effective testing of electronic countermeasures (ECM) systems.

Keysight Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: KEYS) introduced continuous simultaneous acquisition and readout (CSR) for its U5303A 12-bit PCIe digitizer. In addition, complete data recording software applications are available, such as digitizer streaming (application option CB0) and digital down-converter streaming (application option CB1).

No other manufacturer allows users to upgrade frequency range after the initial purchase of a standalone electromagnetic interference (EMI) receiver.
