Discussion concerning GUM Guide
unexpectedly continued in 2016 with the
promised philosophical arguments of article
published in 2007 as an announcement
of the Guide criticizing the «inaccuracy
» of measurements when type
approval testing, verification and measuring
instrument calibration.
According to the plan the Guide was
supposed to comply with ISO/IEC 17025,
but the risk assessment for the «instrument
cluster in the sense of statistical
analysis» is beyond the scope of application.
And now it is not clear whether this
