For the audio portion of the conference a regular phone line will be used, and an internet connection for the slides. You need to dial-in to the conference and login through a browser.

If you do not see a local access number listed for your country you can use the information in Skype's support article - https://support.skype.com/en-us/faq/FA24/How-do-I-dial-toll-free-numbers-for-example-1-800-1-866-and-1-877-number-series that suggests that Skype can be used to call a USA toll-free number (+1-866-946-0485). You will still need to enter the PIN code. There is also an option for the conferencing system to call you! Login to the web site first, then select the “Call Me” option.
