In addition to offering the capabilities and measurement functions needed for the electronics and industrial test segments, the U1280 Series and U1240C Series handheld DMMs are extremely rugged and come with extended battery life to allow users to test and log data over a longer period of time.

Keysight Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: KEYS) introduced a DDR4 and LPDDR4 debugging software tool that helps memory designers quickly perform JEDEC compliance measurements and determine the root cause of test failures. With the software tool's quick electrical, timing and eye-diagram analysis capability, designers can easily pinpoint and navigate to areas or data signals of interest for further analysis, as well as collection and analysis of statistical data. The debug software runs on Keysight Infiniium 9000A, S-Series, 90000A, V-Series and Z-Series oscilloscopes.

Keysight Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: KEYS) introduced the industry's highest-signal-integrity Type-C test fixtures for high-speed differential bus probing. The Keysight N7015A high-speed test fixture provides best-in-class performance up to 30 GHz of bandwidth, enabling engineers to verify and debug USB 3.1 Gen 2 designs and designs using other high-speed signal standards that support the Type-C connector.

Keysight Technologies, Inc. added six millimeter-wave models to its family of FieldFox handheld analyzers. The flagship model is the industry’s first handheld combination analyzer to provide coverage to 50 GHz. With more built-in capabilities than similar analyzers, FieldFox can replace three or four single-function instruments — benchtop or handheld — that are typically used for maintenance and troubleshooting of systems that operate at or above Ka-band frequencies.
