The Austrian air navigation service provider (ANSP) Austro Control is responsible for safe, reliable and efficient air traffic in Austrian airspace, handling over 1.3 million flights in 2019. At Vienna International Airport, Austro Control handled more than 260,000 take-offs and landings.

Tektronix, Inc. announced the availability of the new TBS1000C Digital Storage Oscilloscope, a cost-sensitive addition to the test and measurement company's entry portfolio and an expansion of the TBS1000 series. The TBS1000C series boasts a 7-inch WVGA color display with up to 1 GS/s sample rate and bandwidths from 50 MHz to 200 MHz. This series also includes Tektronix's HelpEverywhere® system, which provides useful tips and hints throughout the user interface, increasing approachability for new users. In addition to the TBS1000C series, Tektronix released the 3 Series Mixed Domain Oscilloscope in 2019 and the TBS2000B Digital Storage Oscilloscope series earlier in 2020, broadening its portfolio of benchtop solutions.

The R&S SMCV100B is the first economy signal generator that covers the 5G NR extended FR1 frequency range up to 7.125 GHz, making it ideal for mobile communications applications. It also uses the R&S WinIQSIM2 simulation software. This software supports all common cellular and wireless connectivity standards, including standards for IoT and Wi-Fi (802.11xx) and many more. In total, more than 30 standards are available, along with an arbitrary waveform generator to output user-defined signals.

Yokogawa Test & Measurement Corporation announces that it has developed the AQ2200-212 sensor module and the AQ2200-222 dual sensor module for the AQ2200 series multi-application test system, and will be releasing them on July 14. Anritsu Company introduces Forward Error Correction (FEC) symbol capture and Bathtub test functionality for its 116-Gbit/s PAM4 Error Detector (ED) MU196040B in its Signal Quality Analyzer-R MP1900A BERTs.
