Agilent Technologies Inc. and Nexus Technology Inc. today made available DDR3-1867 DIMM and DDR3-1600 SODIMM slot interposer test solutions. National Instruments introduced the NI Measurement Suite for Mobile WiMAX (IEEE 802.16e-2005), a software suite that engineers can use with modular RF instrumentation for automated testing of Mobile WiMAX devices. With this software suite, engineers can perform Mobile WiMAX component and device testing faster than with traditional instruments, and with better accuracy and greater flexibility.

Fluke Europe B.V., the European sales and service organization of Fluke Corporation, the global leader in handheld electronic test and measurement equipment, announced the Fluke 1750 Power Recorder, which is designed to provide users with long-term visibility into installation or distribution system to address intermittent or hard-to-diagnose power quality issues. The Fluke 1750 Power Recorder features a unique capture algorithm that enables users to record every measurement on every event on every cycle without first applying thresholds. Its built-in wireless PDA interface provides a window into what the instrument is recording and enables remote configuration in awkward test locations.

Agilent Technologies Inc. (NYSE: A) expanded its mixed-signal and digital-storage oscilloscope portfolio with two lower-cost 600-MHz Infiniium 9000 Series models, three new application packages and GPIB compatibility. The 9000 Series is the industry's first oscilloscope family to offer bandwidths from 600 MHz to 4 GHz, and it includes the industry's first mixed signal oscilloscope to support MIPI and SATA industry standards.

Keithley Instruments, Inc., a world leader in advanced electrical test instruments and systems, announced that it has signed a definitive agreement with Agilent Technologies, Inc. ("Agilent") to sell substantially all of its RF product line to Agilent.

The recently launched E Platform family of handheld analyzers from Anritsu replaces the company's D series of Site Master and Cell Master analyzers, extending functionality and enhancing performance over the earlier models. The new Site Master offers a cable and antenna analyzer frequency range of 2 MHz to 4 or 6 GHz, compared with 25 MHz to 4 or 6 GHz for the older model. The new version also offers a spectrum analyzer frequency range of 100 kHz to 4 or 6 GHz, up from 100 kHz to 3 GHz.
