Analysis of digital serial buses with the AKTAKOM ADS-4000 series oscilloscopes

The article describes typical measuring tasks with the usage of the new handheld digital oscilloscopes AKTAKOM ADS-4000 series. The ADS-4000 series offers UART/RS-232, LIN, CAN, SPI, I2C, MIL-STD-1553B, ARINC429 serial bus triggering and analysis.
